Example Feeding Programme for a 13hh working hunter pony
This diet will build condition safely, allowing horses and ponies to focus on the job in hand without “fizzing”. Horses and ponies can perform calmly yet still have oodles of stamina for championships. Travelling becomes less stressful and ‘tucking-up’ is markedly reduced or eliminated.

1) High quality hay or haylage, usually fed ad-lib.

2) Bucket feed, to be fed twice daily: -
A) Foundation product: 175 grams (3/4 TopSpec measure) TopSpec Comprehensive Feed Balancer

B) Calorie sources:
i) 300 grams TopChop Alfalfa
ii) 0.5kg TopSpec CoolCondition Cubes, adjusted according to condition

C) Suitable Additives if required:
TopSpec Calmer
TopSpec 10:10 Joint Support
TopSpec Doctor Green
