Team TopSpec event rider, Andy Heffernan has described his selection for the Dutch team at London 2012 as ‘a dream come true.’
Based at Somerford Park in Cheshire, Andy will be riding the nine-year-old, Millthyme Corolla, owned by Martin and Kerry Richards, and Carol Baguley.
Having ridden the talented, bay mare since a youngster, Andy is over the moon at his selection and will be riding alongside team mates Tim Lips and Elaine Pen.
Andy was the first rider to be sponsored by TopSpec more than 12 years ago.
Said Andy: “To be riding at London 2012 is just brilliant. Millthyme Corolla is a very talented mare and the experience will just be amazing.”
